During your initial assessment, I’ll check how you’re feeling and how your body moves. I’ll make sure that you have all the information and support you need, to start your journey to feeling better.

Hands-on treatment to help ease any pain or discomfort right away.
A follow-up report outlining your recovery plan and timeline.

What can I expect in my follow ups?

At your follow-up session, we’ll review our progress and make any necessary adjustments to your recovery plan. I’ll assess objective markers to track your levels of improvement. It’s important to track progress throughout your treatment to ensure we’re on the right path. Additionally, I’ll check how you’re feeling and how your body is responding to the treatment we’ve started. Together, we’ll continue working towards your goals and ensuring you’re on the right track to feeling your best.

Payment Terms

To secure your appointment, a £20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. Please note that if you cancel your appointment after booking, the £20 deposit will still be retained and is non-refundable.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in payment of the full session fee.
