To secure your appointment, a £20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. Please note that if you cancel your appointment after booking, the £20 deposit will still be retained and is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in payment of the full session fee.

Following a late cancellation or missed appointment, any subsequent appointment will require a deposit to be paid in advance before the appointment is confirmed.
